Ok, so as is typical, our game last night almost ended in divorce or blood shed or both.... Help!!
I successfully played Atlas Shrugged. We all rotated. My wife played "Return to Sender" to automatically get back one of her bunnies. Argument/Question #1: I argued that the bunny was not "taken" from you by moving it in the bunny circle. It was the players who moved.
So, not to be outdone, I played Bunny to the Future. Argument/Question #2: I argued that Bunny to the Future puts a bunny into the future 3 rounds. Her argument was that it only works against weapons.
Anybody care to chime in on either of these? Thanks in advance!

Welcome to MagicCarrot.com! Return To Sender says, " Return To Sender may be used once by a player to return any one bunny that was forced from a player (for any reason except for death) back to the previous owner." So the bunny was "forced from a player" (the language "taken" is not present on the card) for a reason other than death (she no longer possessed it, it was not voluntary, and she didn't have an opportunity to consent), so your wife's play of Return To Sender was valid and legal. So, not to be outdone, I played Bunny to the Future. Argument/Question #2: I argued that Bunny to the Future puts a bunny into the future 3 rounds. Her argument was that it only works against weapons. Back in 2019, I confirmed with game creator Jeff Bellinger that Bunny To The Future may only be played to avoid a Weapon and not other negative outcomes. At the time, I was sad about it, but that's what the ruling was. Anybody care to chime in on either of these? Thanks in advance! Buy your wife dinner!

Thanks for the responses. You suck. But I really appreciate the input. And while I see the obvious logic in your answers, that does not change the fact that you are quite obviously the devil. Have a good one dude!

In order to avoid the blood shed in the future, I recommend posting questions to either The Bunny Circle Facebook Group or the Killer Bunnies Discord. There are several well experienced players present in those groups so that it's quite likely you'll get a response to a question quick enough for the question to be resolved mid-game.
