I realize that General Tso is a roaming red that is played on the "Player', rather than a Bunny, which is more common.
My initial reaction was that it just 'sits' in front of a player, not actually physically IN the bunny circle.
However, since it can both be (1) a double yellow bunny and (2) be attacked by a weapon, I'm wondering about that conclusion.
Since the above is true...
It's plausible that either the player or an opponent wants to attack General Tso. Let's pretend that they use a ranged weapon (such as sea whiz, miniature black hole, etc.). Wouldn't it be necessary then, under the other rules of roaming reds, that we still take into account range hits? Therefore, General Tso shouldn't just be placed in front of the player, but actively in a specific spot of the bunny circle, yes?
If this is correct, does that mean that General Tso may also be able to destroy Fingercuffs? Is it also possible for him to destroy Furry Wall? If so, those additions should perhaps be made to the Companion guide.
If I'm mistaken, and General Tso is actually just placed 'in front of the player's area' and not actually physically 'aligned' with the bunnies in the bunny circle, I think an amendment needs to be made to the Roaming Red section of the Companion guide to clarify that ranged weapons will not affect any of the player's or opponent's bunnies when used on General Tso (except of course for General Tso, who is in himself along with Tang, two bunnies).

A response from MahoBear8 from the Killer Bunnies Discord (pasted here in case anyone else is reading this and wants to know the answer):
He is placed in the Bunny Circle and roams mechanically consistent to Lonely Ranger. Therefore, as each player receives him, that player may choose where to place him so you are correct to think that it may destroy Fingercuffs for example
