Goody Two Shoes says this:
"Goody Two Shoes (0647; Deck= Onyx; Run; Aggressive) Goody Two
Shoes may be used once by a player to force any opponent who has not
killed at least one bunny to return all of his Carrots to any Kaballa’s
Market. Terrible Misfortune cards do not count for killing bunnies (since
those are unfortunate incidents, rather than acts of killing)."
I would suggest adding the Terrible Misfortune sentence to Bad Hare Day as well - unless there's a contention that the situation is somehow different. Here's the bad Hare day text right now:
Bad Hare Day (1091; Deck= Fantastic; Very Special; Aggressive) Bad Hare
Day may be used once by a player to force the first player to kill a bunny
to return all of his Carrots to any Kaballa’s Market. Must be used during
the turn in which the first bunny was killed!
