I need help clarifying an issue we had playing last Friday.
I had the Plutonium card put on my single bunny. The person who put the card down hopes to take out player to my right and left using the radiation effect of the card over next two rounds. I’m unable to defend myself and my bunny dies. Game continues and we goes almost completely around the board. The player to my right, on her turn, throws a redirect card on the plutonium. Card say it can be used at any time to redirect any weapon. I say the weapon has gone off and the player next to me should of thrown the redirect before it killed my bunny and that now it’s to late as the weapon has already gone off and your card says nothing about redirecting an effect like radiation as it's no longer a weapon. Arguing ensues. What should happen in this instance?

Reversal of Fortune says: Reversal Of Fortune may be used once by a player to redirect any weapon launched at any bunny in The Bunny Circle to any other bunny in The Bunny Circle. May be used at any time! My understanding of the rules is that her play was not valid because Reversal of Fortune redirects the launch of the Weapon (and therefore must be used at the launch), not the subsequent effect.

Thank you. That was how I interpreted it but everyone else at the table was against the one guy and was really trying to get around that point.
