Once again I see this business practice rear its ugly head: Get new customers, but neglect loyal ones.
I've been a Killer Bunnies fan from the beginning and purchased all Quest products (even blanks). When Journey came out, I was excited and purchased it. Then the Red deck came out and that was an immediate purchase. Since then nothing. Oh wait... a few other Bunnies products have come out; not one, not two, but three other products have come out. Meanwhile, loyal customers are still waiting [patiently] for promised expansion for an existing line.
Please release the final expansion(s) for the Journey product before you lose a customer.
If you aren't going to release the product soon, at least give your customers a reasonable excuse.

Thank you for taking to time to write to us. It’s always nice to hear from a Killer Bunnies fan!
At this point, the final expansion for KB Jupiter has been pushed, and is not planned for 2014. At some point in the future we do still plan to re-release the full line (including the final expansion), but as of right now, we don’t know exactly when that will be. We apologize that we don’t have any more specific information for you right now.
As you’ve pointed out, several other Killer Bunnies games have been released in the past few years, which is part of the reason that KB Jupiter has been pushed back. While we know that there are KB Jupiter fans out there waiting for the next installment, there are also fans of the other KB games that we have been working to satisfy as well.
We appreciate your patience, and thank you for your support over the years.
