I was playing Kinderbunnies with my daughter and it was the first time we've included the yellow deck. The game went its usual way, though she seemed to be drawing alot more bunnies than me. When there was about a dozen cards left in the deck, I drew the tornado Bad News card (all but one bunny and one carrot are discarded). Ouch. We finished up the deck and I was resigned to losing.
When I drew the last card of the deck, it was Switch-A-Roo. As we finished off our hands, she had about 9 bunnies and half the carrots, and I with two bunnies and one carrrot. The last card played in the game was Switch-A-Roo. I rolled a one. She rolled a die and it was ... one! We switched sides and the game ended. I won! ;D Despite the outcome, she enjoys playing the bunnies game and really liked the addition of the yellow deck.
So the moral of the story is: the game isn't over until the last card is played.
