A couple of rules questions

Just started playing, and I did have a couple of rules questions for the Beginner game:

1) Do you start each turn with 4 cards, and then draw a replacement card each time you play a card? That seems obvious, but I don't think the rules actually spell that out.

2) If you start your turn with no bunnies on the table, and all 4 cards in your hand have a pink star or are water or cabbage (you have no bunnies in your hand), does that mean you choose a card to discard and take a new one to end your turn?

3) If near the end of the game you have a Take A Carrot card to play, but no carrots are left in the game (all 6 have been either bought for 10 Bucks or taken with Take A Carrot cards), does the Take A Carrot card just get put in the discard pile?

1. Yes, after you play a card, you draw a replacement so you have 4 in your hand again.

2. Yes, sounds right.

3. Yes, you could place it in the discard pile or save it in case a Carrot goes back with a Bad News card.
