I don't know how active this site is anymore and I looked and couldn't find a thread for this.
Playroom Entertainment's website has a couple pages showing off Killer Bunnies and the Ultimate Odyssey. Looks like a KB take on Magic but non collectable.
Obviously I was willing to dump more money on my credit card to purchase these asap but alas no ordering info or date mentioned.
I'm still anxiously awaiting J2J Violet, but does anyone know any info on release dates, mechanics, booster pack structure, etc.?
Regards.

It seems to be buried in their catalog, but it is there! Thanks for the heads-up.
1-3 player game (one?!) 30 minute play time (!) Each player has his own "constructible" deck
Can somebody update the Wikipedia page on KB? (especially the reference to the name of the third game in the trilogy).

Interesting - couple of pages in the catalog. Looks like MTG/Pokeman etc. meets KB - but with "standard" decks rather than "collectable" decks. Scary consept (wallet threat level orannge)

I hope it is not a MAGIC type booster game. That would suck. I pulled the Magic Crack Pipe out of my mouth 10 years ago and I want to stay sober......
I will by the decks but I won't do a booster driven game. I bet it gets released at Gen Con.
All that does is suck your bank account dry.....

I played a very early incarnation of it...and there was alcohol involved...so I don't remember much...know I was the blue bunnies...and I got my arse handed to me... The rumor that I've heard...it won't be boosters as seen in Magic and other TCG games...but if there is a card that you want multiples of and only one comes in the deck...you will buy multiple decks (and or trade) for the cards that you want...again...this is just a rumor and may have been changed or appended at some point... I must say the art so far looks amazing...I will most likely pick up at least one copy of each deck...I got into KB and out of other TCGs because of the money suck...so I will probably avoid buying multiple decks and the whole competitive deal...unless the game totally blows my mind!!! *BB01*

Qrrbrrbirbll! Watoo! The Magic Carrot page on Wikipedia is updated now. I am pretty psyched for the new KB game. I loved some of the collectible constructable card games in my younger days. It'll be great to play a Killer bunnies themed non-collectible. Didn't JB say in one of his posts he'd already designed about 2,000 cards for the new game? The initial launch only has 360 cards (as far as I can tell from the catalog on Playroom.) Lots of booster goodness to come after the main release

My biggest downer with this game is that I have a tough time getting people to play KB when I own the stuff. Now it'll be tougher, expecting people to construct their own decks. That being said, I'll likely at least buy the first round of decks (Crack-pipe? Yeah, I can set it down any time I want......just after one more hit...)

My solution to getting people to play Killer Bunnies with me is Facebook events and a little bit of brute force. Mind you, I have a healthy dose of nerd friends anyways...
