Chance of Target death assumes target has no prior hit markers
Hal 900 is actually the most disturbing weapon. Is there any counterpart weapon in Quest that is an automatic death sentence? The closest I can think of is the 50/50 weapons, where clovers mean squat.
The 3-head carroton torpedo has a 15.2% chance of destroying a d6 class ship, a 7.5% chance of destroying a d8 class ship, a 3.9% chance of destroying a d10 class ship, a 2.3% chance of destroying a d12 class ship, and a 1.0% chance of destroying a d16 class ship. (I used monte-carlo simulation programmed in QuickBasic, running the simulation 3 million times, did it three times and the answers were the same out to the first decimal. Yeah, that's right.....QuickBasic. THAT's how old I am!)
The d6 Bunninator is actually more deadly than I thought, I would have guessed a low chance of destroying target bunnies. Here's a matrix showing various combinations of bunnies and the probabililty of death. The coding is color and number of bunnies in ship (Example: G2Y1 = 2 green and 1 yellow bunny in the ship)

Any combinations not shown on this list give you at least a 90% chance of survival (excluding ineffectiveness of violet bunnies, and I didn't calculate 3 or more color combinations) Bottom line, you need at least 3 bunnies (if Blue!) to have a 90% chance of surviving a bunninator attack.
Ship Weapon How to target Chance of destroying target
Carroton Torpedo - d6 LOS zero
Carroton Torpedo - d6, d8 LOS zero
Carroton Torpedo - d6, d8, d10 LOS low, see below
Bunninator - d6 Adjacent low to automatic, depending on # and type of bunnnies
Flax Energy Net Adjacent zero (immobilizes d6 rounds)
Hal 900 Adjacent Automatic, but may take a few rounds
Wormhole No restriction low, depending on where they reappear
Random Movement No restriction medium, if used right
