According to the directions, both of these cards require a specific die roll, but the cards do not show that. Romulan Roulette requires the Blue die to be rolled, but the card does not show that. Wormhole requires the Green die to be rolled, but the card does not show that.

As long as everyone uses the same die for Roulette it shouln't matter. Blue makes the most sense, creating the smallest chance of rolling the same as an opponent. I can see Wormhole not specifying green on the card since you'll probably use different dice as new board sectors open up......

IIRC, the Wormhole Bunny Bits even mentions that you treat a 10 as a reroll since there is only 9 sectors right now.
