First of all why is this a aggressive card?
2. It says it stops bunnies from moving but not from death however what about the shockwave card next to a barrier? Shockwave moves the bunnies that results in a death.
3. Since this is an aggressive card does that mean you need a bunny left to use it? For example in the Card Compendium under Operation Spoil Sport it says :
cannot play ‘Operation: Spoilsport.’

Yes, you must have another bunny left to get your own bunny back. I would say death caused by shockwave would not allow you to get your bunny back.

Well the reason I wasn't sure about the third part is that it says it stops the movement. Than implies that the bunnies haven't moved.
But I'm still not sure?

I would say that Vel Crows stops a bunny from being moved via shockwave regardless of if there is a barrier involved or not. Afterall, it prevents the outcome of Shockwave, not rectifies it.
It is like playing Uriel's Machine on another VS card. The cancelled card is simply not played. Versus playing a Get Out of Death Free card to counteract a death. In that case, an event must occur, be completed, and then the GODF is activated.
