I got two sheets of carboard chits (i.e. the planets, ships, and markers) in my copy of Jupiter. Is this a lucky fluke or did everyone get two?

I only got one sheet. And mine were cut off-center. Although I did get two identical cards in the decks, it was one of the yellow ships. Also, card Serial numbers 001-009 were off-center, the images are low on the cards. After playing only 1 time, part of the backing flaked off the corner of an FTB card, leaving white. I wonder if I can just purchase the decks if my cards wear out?

I only got one set. Like Ty, I did get a few duplicate cards (One was a Yellow bunny and the other was the Beta Booster).
Some of my cards were cut a little off center too but my biggest complaint is the board. Several of the sections are cut all the way thru the game board where they should not be. As such, I'm fearful that my board will deteriorate rapidly if played with too often.
Normally I'd just whip out the packaging tape and secure the offending areas but when I pay $45 for a game, I expect better quality.

Yeah, MUCH better quality expected...

I did send a note to Playroom mentioning I'd like new 001-009 cards right after I got the game. I plan on playing a few more times to see if more cards like the FTB deteriorate, then 'batch-process' my new request to Playroom. I'm also curious if my board image is off-center, and how that will work with the Red booster board. (Part of the text for the Asteroid Field is actually wrapped around the edge of the board, not part of the playable surface)

Wow, I hope Playroom reads this thread. These kind of quality control issues shouldn't be taken lightly by them.
My chits and cards are slightly off center, but not enough to complain about. I didn't get any duplicate cards. I did notice that since the box is so big, the board rattled around inside during shipping and scuffed up some of the board surface, causing it to start peeling away. That doesn't look attractive. They should have wrapped the board in cellophane before putting it in the box.
I also noticed that the board hexes are 12/16" in diameter (from point to point), while the cardboard chits are 15/16" in diameter. That can be a small problem if there are multiple chits on the board next to each other (or between Juipiter's moons).

Good news for those of us with preview copies. Possible bad news for those who do not as that may mean a push back to a general release to the public.
