Hey guys, Just to let you all know, we *will* have Journey to Jupiter at Gen Con!!!!! HOWEVER, we are air-shipping them for the show, so we will only have 150 copies. If you are planning to pick one up at the show, show up early. See you there! - elisa

Grrr. Now I'm going to have to choose between my In Limbo event at 10AM on Thursday morning or trying to get a copy of the game. Any idea what Booth # Playroom Entertainment will be set up in??

fsd, Our booth # is 1824. Don't miss your In Limbo event - since you have a ticketed event of ours at opening time, I'll work something out for you (sending you a PM, now...) - elisa

Update: We just got a phone call from the printer. We're about to release the following press-release: "MEDIA ALERT *** Breaking News *** Indy, We Have a Problem: Killer Bunnies Jupiter Lost in Space… Indianapolis, IN – (August 11, 2008) – It seems that the Killer Bunnies® are trapped in orbit and are unlikely to make it to Earth in time for Gen Con Indy, according to a spokesperson for Playroom Entertainment, makers of the new Killer Bunnies® and the Journey to Jupiter™ board game. The all-new board game, which stars the fan-favorite hares from the successful Killer Bunnies® and the Quest for the Magic Carrot™ card game, was to make its highly anticipated debut for consumers at Gen Con, the largest annual games convention in the U.S., but unfortunately could not multiply in time to have stock on hand at the Indiana Convention Center. Tony Ahluwalia, vice-president of Playroom, said, “The crazy antics of our famed characters have occurred, just like in the game itself. Although we will not have the full stock of Killer Bunnies Jupiter that we wanted to deliver to fans right away, we will be selling the game at the show and offering consumers completely free shipping* and we plan to have all of the games delivered by the end of August.” Playroom said that unforeseeable delays in the printing are to blame for the delayed shipment to have the games on hand. However, the company will have demonstration units to play the game for all ticketed events in the Wabash hall at the show and on display at their booth #1824." --- So, basically, what this means is that we will *still* be selling the game at the show, but now you don't have to worry about lugging the 12" x 12" x 5" box home with you - we'll ship it to you for free (in the U.S.)... Sorry guys, and trust us, we're just as upset about this as I'm sure you all are.

Oh, and this is also still only the deal for the first 150 units, which will be sent before the end of August.

Do we know how much the price tag will be on this? I am hoping to send money with a minion and force him to satisfy my bunny needs before he enjoys his vacation to GenCon :-)
