When at all possible, my husband buys the 7th Whisk and uses it on me. Then he'll buy it back again and again and make me do it again and again. But he only does it when prices are low and he can use it immediately.
PS: I've never lost a bunny to it!

How much does the 7th Whisk cost, anyways?

Well, last I checked 1 x 7 = 7.
So, I'd assume 7 dolla.

at 1/2 price:
1/2 * 7 == 3.5 (rounded up to 4 Dolla)
BUT ... a 1/2 Dolla card will be introduced next year (I forget if it's White or Steel)

Do you round up 1/2 dolla's right then, or at the end of the round?

When you buy the weapon(s), you round up any 1/2 Dolla amounts before paying Rooney. Buying two odd-leveled weapons at 1/2 price at the same time will save you 1 Dolla, since you aren't paying the extra 1/2 Dolla per weapon.
For example:
Ebola Virus == Weapon Level 11 Radio Controlled Pirhana == Weapon Level 19
Buying each separately from Rooney (at half price) means:
0.5 * 11 == 5.5 (rounded up to 6) 0.5 * 19 == 9.5 (rounded up to 10) Total == 16 Dolla
Buying them together means:
0.5 * ( 11 + 19 ) == 0.5 * 30 == 15 (no need to round) Total == 15 Dolla

Woah, thats like, math... Very cool. But to be totally honest, I think I've only bought a weapon once. I just don't think the investment is worth the Dolla. For instance, a Level 10 weapon has a good chance of failing whereas you could have bought an all-important carrot. I spend 80% of my money on carrots. My entire goal in the game is to snatch as many carrots as I can while at the same time making sure my opponents aren't able to.

Card number 301. Orange Booster. Rooney's Weapon Emporium (R) Market is open with New Prices 1 Dolla - for each Defense Card 1/2 Level - for each Weapon Card (Weapons may be used immediately) Seems to me you could play many many level one weapons. Nope. Because you're still limited by the overall rule of 1 card per turn. (or 2 if you have a bunny trio) Right?

Woah, thats like, math... For instance, a Level 10 weapon has a good chance of failing whereas you could have bought an all-important carrot. IIRC, the level 10 weapons call for the black die to be rolled, not the 20-sided die. Only Roll-o-lution or lots of defense cards gives a decent chance of defeating it.

I here you TILADX. If you consistantly are defeating Level 10 weapons you are the luckiest man alive. That card should kill a bunny 83% of the time.

So if I have a Rooney's coupon, and I just played the cheap version of that market (I feel like I may have asked this question already but bear with me...)
Can I buy the Suction Cup Gun 20 times with a 5 spot?... If so, then THAT is a killer toy gun! I'd even have some left over to russian roulette myself with it a few times for kicks!...
