Ok what about this one?
You only have a heavenly haloed bunny. Through circumstance you have lost your other bunnies, but you still have the minilith.
The minilith states that it is discarded if the player has no bunnies. <Technically the halo bunny is down in the circle>.
The minilith also has a pink rectangle marking it as aggressive. As we all know except for choose a carrot cards, the player with JUST the halo bunny down cannot play aggressive cards.
My question for us to discuss is whether or not the minilith is discarded.

The minilith is retained, but it cannot be played. Similarly, a player who ONLY has a bunny in a C.O.M.A. or abducted by the Beyea Aliens allows the player to retain the minilith, since it is still alive, but it cannot play aggressive cards.

Yeah, The Minilith doesn't help you while having the Halo, but you can keep it for later. Just because you have the Halo doesn't mean you need to ditch all your pink-boxed special cards.

I would say however, that if your last bunny is abucted, that the Minilith would go away, as you would not have any bunnies in the circle.
