When playing cards like Defector Detector and Poverty Poker, and two players get a tie roll, is there another roll to see who wins or does it automatically go to the person who played the card? I've never heard an official ruling on this.

The only cases where you don't reroll ties are Supplies cards. Otherwise, all ties are re-rolled. I just got this confirmed myself this morning.

What do you do if you do get ties on the supply cards, get both? or do you choose which one?

What do you do if you do get ties on the supply cards, get both? or do you choose which one? Yes, you get all supplies for tie rolls. And for the Super Supplies Surprise, if all the dice you roll are ties, you get everything x 2.
