Subject pretty much says the whole question.
If "Joe" has 3 bunnies and has a Furry Wall on them, and I later play "Lone Wolf" on one of them, is Furry Wall discarded?
Or am I supposed to interpret the 'prevent' part of Lone Wolf as that the bunny could not have already been part of a triplet, such as by Furry Wall?

I wouldn't say the card is destroyed/or discarded, rather it's just negated. Lone Wolf is played under any single bunny to prevent it from becoming a triplet, so if played under one of the 3 bunnies connected by the Furry Wall then Joe will no longer be able to play 2 cards per turn from that triplet.
The reason I wouldn't discard Furry Wall is because of Counter-Clock Warlock (all Bunny Modifier cards under bunnies in The Bunny Circle are moved to the next bunny counter-clockwise). If this moved the Lone Wolf modifier to an adjacent bunny, then Joe may be able to play 2 cards from the Furry Wall triplet once again.

Piedaddy,
I think that's an excellent interpretation of it. Agreed.
