Here's a new question: The card Red October can accumulate bunnies and then take them out. If a bunny with Mad Bunny Disease boards the Red October, will it infect all other bunnies aboard? So, if a Mad Bunny Disease (MBD)-infected bunny is abducted into Red October first (so there are no other bunnies in Red October), does it mean MBD-infected has no viable targets (in Red October) and is then discarded, along with Red October?

I'm very confused at what you mean by this question. Could you re-word it or give a descriptive example of the scenario you're asking about?

In trying to come up with contrasting scenarios, I think I answered my own question. The answer is "no" because the scenario I as asking about actually can't happen.
