If the Heavenly Halo is on a red bunny, and Red Light District (RLD) is played, the Halo/Holo guide on this site indicates you cannot buy that bunny. I believe that should be switched.
The Halo protects from death (various ways - harm, hunger, misfortune) and abduction. It does not protect the bunny from moving to a different location in the bunny circle, by means of auction, exchange, or gambling. I see RLD as similar to auction and especially exchange.
You cannot argue against my logic by stating RLD isn't mentioned on Halo card since limited space on cards means lists on them are almost never exhaustive. I would also argue that the list in Bunny Bits isn't even exhaustive (my version says Halo bunny can change owners when a player plays Defector Detector, Bunny Block Bid, or Poverty Poker - don't know if more updated Bits include more in this list). I saw a thread discussing whether Shockwave could move the Halo bunny (I think the consensus there was that it could). I'm sure there are other cards that move Halo bunny too, but I only have up to violet booster at the moment.
Would it not make more sense that RLD would allow the purchase of a red bunny with the Halo? (I also saw a non-affiliated forum online where the consensus there was this way)

(I also saw a non-affiliated forum online where the consensus there was this way) As someone who has studied the bunny bits exhaustively, I completely agree. It is correct that RLD should be able to move the Halo/Holo bunny. The list in the bunny bits is not exhaustive, it just shows examples. To say it doesn't work would be the same as saying a card like Donnelaith Bakery could kill the Halo Bunny (harm in the bunny bits gives the example of weapon). It's been a while since the sources on this site have been updated. It's likely that saying "RLD doesn't work" was from an old Jeff clarification. These days, Jeff seems to be a bit more consistent. Typically, what makes most sense thematically while staying consistent with similar scenarios confirmed by the bunny bits is what he goes with. Thus, I would predict if you were to ask Jeff recently, he would say both Halo and Holo could be bought with RLD If you have any more card ruling questions/scenarios, there is now a Killer Bunnies discord where you'll get a quick answer.
