Hello all,
I've done a search a bit, but am still not finding the exact answer that I'm looking for. I think the Queen is one of the more complex cards in the game and I'm surprised it's not expanded upon more in the Bits and PDF. Couple of questions here.
1. The queen moves whenever the purple die is rolled. Is it only when you're FORCED to roll the purple die (e.g., a supplies surprise calls for the roll of the purple die, mystery urn, etc) or is it whenever it is rolled, regardless (e.g., we play 'russian roulette' and I choose to roll the purple die for my roll).
2. If I have say, the purple pawn, and I roll the purple die for a reason, do we immediately move the queen to the new location before I roll again?
3. If I can roll the purple die whenever I want (e.g., it doesn't have to have a purple indicator on the card) and have to move it every time the purple pawn is rolled, what are the ramifications for cards that require 'speed'. For example, that card where the first person to roll 3 7's - do I have to move the queen after every time I roll? If so, that's a ridiculous impairment for the person who uses the purple die...
4. What is the order of operations for moving the queen? Is it...
a) Roll purple die - move queen - do outcomes of purple die - take card (if necessary)
or
b) Roll purple die - do outcomes of purple die roll - move queen - take card (if necessary)
or
c) Roll purple die - do outcomes of purple die roll - take card (if necessary) - move queen
The take card order matters a lot, because if I take it before I move the queen, it's possible I'll draw the mysterious place card that is applicable.
5. Direct targeting. As I've read in the forums, 'direct targeting' only refers to weapons. That's fine. However, I was interpreting 'direct targeting' as using a weapon to originally directly target a bunny of the player who has the queen. Therefore, cards such as 'reversal of fortune' or 'sky waitress' could still be used to attack one of the bunnies of the player with the queen given that the weapon was originally directly targeted at a bunny that wasn't of the player with the queen. What's the correct interpretation here?
6. I've removed some cards from the game that I find are more trouble than they're worth in making the game more enjoyable (e.g., Bunny on the Edge of Forever). In your opinion, is this one worth removing?
Thank you for your answers!
