Hello, I was wondering If i have both purple Psi cards (arrow+kite) if in between turns I can move my opponents double free agent bunny over to my side. I guess my question is are free agents all colors (minus red and pink) at all times?

Hello, I was wondering If i have both purple Psi cards (arrow+kite) if in between turns I can move my opponents double free agent bunny over to my side. I guess my question is are free agents all colors (minus red and pink) at all times? The relevant rules are these (italics are mine): Matching Psi Colors: If a player has an Arrow and a Kite Psi card with matching colors (either saved or in-hand), then the player may again stop play between any two players’ turns. This time, however, the player may move all of the bunnies (or half-color bunnies) in The Bunny Circle that match the color of the Arrow and Kite to any player desired.
For example, the Blue Arrow and Blue Kite Psi cards may be used by a player to move all Blue (and half-Blue) bunnies in The Bunny Circle. The player must discard both Psi cards without using them further. Once again, any Psi cards that are in the Top Run or Bottom Run positions may not be used in this way. Free Agent bunny may be used by a player as any bunny of any kind (Congenial, Gleeful, Lumbering, Sinister or Timid) and any color (except Red or Pink – Red or Pink Booster Decks). The identity of the bunny may change at any time during play as the need arises. Free Agent bunnies make forming a Bunny Triplet much easier. Free Agent bunnies cannot become Specialty bunnies (Violet Booster Deck) or Celebrity bunnies (Ominous Onyx Booster Deck). The player who owns the Free Agent bunny controls its identity and the Psi matching colors play does not change that. You (player of Matching Color Psi cards) can't declare the Free Agent to be violet (or any color or type), only the player who owns the Free Agent can do that. He (or she) can simply say "It is a yellow congenial" and you would not be able to transfer the bunny to yourself.
