That's right, as of right now I'm currently trying to come up with the rest of the card ideas for my fan made booster set titled Aquatic Azul which is 54 cards. I'm not going to spoil any cards right now, once I actually have the whole list of the cards and the abilities I'll post them up here. All I can say is that there will be another new shop, and of course some new bunnies. Oh and the back of the card design for the color would look a little something like this. See link below. bluewallpapers.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/12/aquatic-blue-wallpaper.jpgBasically the back would look like it has an aquatic water type effect, pretty neat I think. More to come when I'm done with the set, stay tuned!

check the card ideas section....I put up an idea about 1 card I would love to see be made.
If you need any help with actually getting these cards made let me know. I think I have everything down to a science now as long as I have the images.

That's the thing though, I don't have images for anything yet. I'm gonna have to have someone do the artwork for me.

crankarm-I'm the author of the aquatic azul set, my set is ready to go. But I don't have anybody to do the artwork for my cards. When I get a cpu of my own, I'm gonna be working on my sets more again. I've got a new job that I haven't started yet, but pretty soon.

TheDavii (runner of this message board) seems to be the reigning king of vector graphics and final artwork of a good majority (methinks) of all the fan-made cards/decks. I would be the last person on planet to do art. I might could draw sticks and circles. I'm planning on making a deck myself of existing fan-based cards on this board that aren't in any current sets (Indigo/Midnight/BlueShibby). Must have more!!!

TheDavii (runner of this message board)... I like to think of myself as "co-shepherd" with Nathan. He's the rules wizard. ...seems to be the reigning king of vector graphics... I spent the time to learn how to use some free tools that work really well for creating KB-styled artwork and I spent hours looking at cards (scans or magnifying glass) to understand how Jonathan Young created them. Later, I found out that Jonathan was not the first artist, but kept up with the same style for consistency. So, I'd guess he did much the same thing as I did, only he had the original Illustrator files to use as references. Because I have so many of my own KB ideas/projects (MagicCarrot.com web site, the many incomplete decks queued for finishing, the KB Quest Card Companion, the various graphics and templates, and Grad School), I'm spread too thin to take on others' graphic projects. They can do their own or pay somebody else to do it. With the template I use, the basic card (without "art") with title and rule can be put together in less than 5 minutes. ...and final artwork of a good majority (methinks) of all the fan-made cards/decks. During the time of the 2009 Magic Carrot Official Card Set Contest, I created some statistics. I've only done about 20% of the cards available, though perhaps a larger percentage of vector art. However, there are a lot of good cards and artwork from Fifisdead, Omfgitsvico, Tyberius, and others. Many cards do not appear on the web site because the images available are too low resolution or that I haven't been able to contact the creators to secure their permission to display them. So, the web site runs heavily toward the ones I've drawn or redrawn. For example, original MC.com owner Jason Pease created two cards, but since he's been MIA since 2009 I cannot secure his permission. However, those would probably fail the "high resolution" test unless redrawn. I would be the last person on planet to do art. I might could draw sticks and circles. I'm planning on making a deck myself of existing fan-based cards on this board that aren't in any current sets (Indigo/Midnight/BlueShibby). Must have more!!! I'm working on creating some tutorials (very early stages, so no promises). All vector art starts out as lines, curves, and ellipses, so "sticks and circles" isn't far off. If you apply yourself, and use the right tools, you can create work just as good as mine; it doesn't cost anything but time because the tools are free.
