An interesting development happened last night during play. (We do not have the Orange booster which supposedly sheds light on this issue). He had played one of the Weapons Emporium "pricing update" cards which says weapons are 1/2 price (their Weapon Level). Player on a subsequent turn plays the 1/2 Off Coupon card and decides to buy *ALL* the discarded weapons, which in effect are 1/4 the original price (weapons level)...since he has a ton of dollas. So I think he bought 12 weapons. So now the problem is he has 16-17 cards in his hand, what are we supposed to do now? Could not find anything in the rules on it. What we decided to do was, if he had a Bunny up in the circle he had to run those weapons through his Top/Bottom cards. If he had no Bunny up, he was free to draw off the Draw Pile to replenish his hand. Any thoughts or advice would be great. The 1/2 Off Coupon card said *items* so we took it that he could buy multiple weapons...and he did just that--all of them.

I could be wrong but I believe you can only have 7 cards total at any given time. He would have to discard until he had seven. So buying that many weapons would be silly.

From the red bunny bits:
and orange bunny bits:
Because you have to run bunnies and weapons through the card cycle and also have a total of seven cards by the end of your turn, it seems to me that you can buy as many weapons or bunnies as you are able to, but you have the make sure that you end up with seven cards total by the end of your turn.
So yes, buying that many weapons seems like a rather silly thing to do.

But wait one minute. The card for Rooney's Weapons Emporium (low) also says that weapons bought low can be used right away, does it not? Therefore, he would not have had to discard the weapons. He could fire those weapons right away, if I am not mistaken.
Similarly, if Weil's Pawn Shop features low prices, I believe the card says that bunnies bought may be placed down immediately.
