Hey guys,
How did you get into the greatest card game to grace this green earth?
For me, it was a combination of boredom, curiosity and having more money than I knew what to do with at the time. I walked into a shop and bought the Blue Starter for Quest just because it was there and so began a love affair that people will talk about for hundreds of years to come that may rival Romeo and Juliet in it's combination of romance and tragedy.
What love can exist between man and card?

my uncle is a game designer for a small company called Lolo and every year he goes to this toy convension in New York where they set up a booth and try to sell their stuff. Like six or seven years ago he brought back this game called killer bunnies because he said that the booth next to him was selling it. We all looked at it and laughed but once we played (My uncle a few cousins and I) we absolutly fell in love with it. We play it every time we see eachother now mostly because they're the only people i know that also know about it so I don't have to teach any noobs. But ya, I've been addicted ever since he brought it back and now he has all the packs, and my sister and i have almost all of them except steel, pink, and onyx.. but we're working on getting them;)

I was chillin' with some of my friends one day when my friend Benjamin says, "Hey! I've played the greatest game of all time." and I was like, "What!?" "Yes, I played it at my Uncles house. It's amazing and ridiculous." "BUY IT! I wanna play it!" said I. "Okay." So then he bought it and all the booster packs at the same time. We played several times, adding a booster each time we played. It was the greatest experience I have ever had.

I'm new here so I figured my origin story would make for a good first post.
About six or seven years ago my church youth group did a 40-day media fast (no TV, movies, music, etc.) so our group was getting together quite a bit to have fun with cards and board games.
One of the older dudes (I was about 13 or 14 at the time) worked in a game shop and bought Quest and taught us. I fell in love with it and bought my own starter deck.
But I never opened my copy; it just sat in my closet for years...
Until last year when it was excavated! My brother and I are hooked and have been teaching anyone willing to play. We play it on my lunch breaks at work every week, we can't get enough! It has seriously brought my extended family together.

Interesting stories. Myself, I was forced into it by friends. No matter how reluctant I was at first, I got hooked even harder to killer bunnies.
Cheers guys and thanks for having me at the forums! <3
