I need help. I got my hands on a set of Nu cards. Now I must decide weather or not I should sell them or keep them to play with. HELP!

I've noticed lately that a set of NUs can go for about as much as you pay for the deck, so I hope that helps with your decision...

Thanks Fifi,
I actually got the deck as a gift from a person who thought that I would want another copy at my Mom's house. However I she didn't know that for the game to eb fun you have to have all the boosters and I wasn't willing to pay another $60 to get them again. However it game with the Nu's.
I was wondering if anyone thought they were worth keeping.

I say they're worth it, but then I'm a collector and think that everything available should be obtained...

You should keep them. The price has bottomed out on ebay.

What is it like $20 now? I'm not sure I'm not a huge collecter and... wait a second.
CTA said that Killer Bunnies was a non-collectable expandable card game. Do the Promos not count?
I really want to sell them so I can get money for the other booster (Khaki and Onyx) I don't have and/or J2J and/or Kinder Bunnies.
Which should I get first?

KB is a non-collectible expandable game because you don't have to buy a hundred little booster packs in order to find one card, you just have to buy the boosters once...
It depends on whether you want to improve your current games or if you want to play an entirely new game. Kinder is going to make your games much longer, and Khaki and Onyx would make it more fun...

Of course with kinder you can introduce people easier. J2J is really fun - but I might wait for the laser red expansion at this point

You will get somewhere between $20 and $35 for the set. If you are going to sell them, you will get $25 for the set but should you post them as singles starting at $1.99 each you might get more. When the ones I sold got near the end they were $3 to $4.50 each now I only see a set or two pop up for $20 or $25. Remember in just a few weeks (when Gen-Con rolls around) PR will probably be selling the NU Series 12 card packs and first J2J expansion.
Also all the Omega "PROMO" cards are collectable and some are really hard to find.

Khaki and Oynx are really nagging on me. I'm not sure weather it would really be worth it. Plus if I wait a year (Easter) I'll get them for free.
The Kinder Bunnies Game actually looked really fun because I like the Idea of launching a Nuke with a little Kinder Bunny. Plus I have heard really good comments about it on other posts and the Idea of Saftey Hazards really seems fun.
J2J looks AWESOME! I never played but I really want to try it. The open space world the space battles and hitching rides on Planets making bunny matches to improve the die you roll. Why would I wait untill the red booster came out? Will PE sell them together for a cheaper price?
Onyx and Khaki are nagging because I want finish my set.
Where as Kinder is naging at me because it looks cool?
J2J I'm a little afraid of signing a deal to get another 6 boosters each like $20? Or once again having another imcomplete deck.
Sigh. Oh and then I have to figure out how to make fan cards and spend money trying to print them.

I would go with Khaki/Onyx because you'll probably get the best deal at this point... J2J will go down in price eventually...

Actually fifi on Amazon J2J is $36 where as Khaki and Onyx are $30. That is why this is so hard to decide! Offline J2J is like 50 bucks.

I don't understand how what you said counters anything I said...
ebay right now, there's a set of nus going for $51...Whereas 2 or 3 weeks ago one went for $30... might that change your mind about keeping them or mightn't it?...

Originaly I had thought J2J was much less and after I checked I forgot to change the 1st part.
5O dollars! Why don't they just buy the gleeful starter?

not everyone has a Barnes and Noble, and not everyone's Barnes and Noble carries them...Mine didn't until recently and they sold out quickly, I doubt they'll buy more though :/ Sad day...
