Technically yes it does, but it's a reversal of the art... It's also the opposite of what we were thinking the green box would be...

How about this? Playing a green card grants you a green token. A player that has a green card in their area or on their bunny may not attack a person with a green token. Upkeep: A player keeps the green token for a full round for free, then must pay $1 at the end of his turn if he wishes to keep the green token. An opposing player may force a holder of a green token to discard it by paying them $10 or a carrot.
