As having a rabbit's foot is considered lucky (except for the rabbit in question), why not have a card which enables you to steal the feet of an opponent's bunny?
The effect for the lucky bunny would be +4 on defence rolls (one for each foot, same as quadruple clover card).
The effect on the footless bunny would be -4 on defence rolls. Alternatively/additionally, if this is your only bunny, opponents get +4 on defence rolls against your weapons and you have to roll >4 to select a carrot (to reflect the difficulty of performing these actions without paws).
Card could be called "Shrink a bunny" (cos you cause it to lose 4 feet).

I kinda like the idea, however I have a few technical problems with it on how it will be used.
Does it get played on a specific bunny (if so, all other players will benefit from it) or a specific player (therefore it doesn't matter which bunny launches a weapon, the weapon is still -4).
Or do you keep it and all attacks on you are -4 in strength and all your weapons are +4 against any opponent.
Even though you don't roll for carrots, does this mean all other players must roll a five or higher when choosing a carrot?

It would be played on a specific bunny and benefit a (different) specific bunny. You would receive 4 lucky rabbit's feet (just like a clover).
The bunny you played it on would be short of luck (and feet). That shouldn't affect player's other bunnies unless they are fingercuffed.
The penalty on actions idea was to reflect the well known fact that footless bunnies have difficulty operating machinery. If a player another bunny, then that bunny can choose a carrot or operate a whisk.
The main technical difficulty is that you have to remember who played it and who they played it on, which could be difficult with just one card.
