The card says "May be used once by any player to automatically play the next card thereby skipping all of the player’s turns in between. Play continues in the same direction as before. May be used between any two player’s turns!". So, does that mean that they simply play the next card or that they take the next turn? And, in the first case (or, I suppose, in the second) - who gets the next turn? Does it go back to the player who was *supposed* to take the next turn? Or does it keep going down the circle? I think the next player would take the next turn, because of the "skipping all players' turns in between..." part. But, if that was the case and it was just play the next card, would it really even always be an advantage to play the card? It seems like it might be better to be sitting to the left of the guy who played TF, if you have a triplet. So my opinion is that JB just picked a bad wording for the card, and the intent is that they take the next turn, and play continues down the line. There have been enough miswordings/etc. on other cards that I wouldn't be surprised if he just didn't word it right. He is a math expert, after all... I'll try to find the last time we argued about this... (here it is: magiccarrot.proboards36.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=rules&thread=1150816737&page=2)

I have an e-mail into JB about the BiB, Flux, and some other questions I had lately not stemming from our discussions. I'll share when I get a reply.
For this particular discussion, I think Flux should only be the 'next card'. My reasoning for this is: Reversal of Order makes mention to 'taking another turn', Flux does not. The idea that Team Alpha makes weird wording choices may be correct, but we shall see.
My ideal wording for this card:
"May be used once by any player to automatically play his next card thereby skipping all of the player’s turns in between. Play continues in the same direction as before. May be used between any two player’s turns!".
I think the player who gets to go next after the Flux is the person sitting to the right/left of the Flux player. Depends on how the game was moving in the 1st place. At least that's how I see it.

Can a player buy items from a shop if they play TF? Can they feed a bunny? Do they have to feed a bunny? These are the (hypothetical) questions that make me lean the other way. Otherwise the card gets too confusing.

Finally got my reply, with the convention this past weekend i had to wait a few days.
Flux gives a whole turn. Including buying supplies, triplets, feeding bunnies, and all that. Basically skip everyone in between, and take a whole turn. He didn't mention whether the card would be updated, but the bits will be someday.

The true advantage in my mind is that it can be used between any two players' turns, thereby acting as fuel to add to a rival's fire.

But this doesn't necessarily clarify if the next player that goes is the person after the Flux player or the person who was originally supposed to go next?

From the way the text is written, I infer that the player next in order after the player who played Temporal Flux goes next. If it "skips all turns in between" then it is the Temporal Flux player's turn and the next player should be the opponent to his/her left (clockwise order) or right (counterclockwise order).
