I play it as any saved card has to be run through bottom and top then saved which a carrot card would not as it comes from the stack on the table. But each to their own, as the saying goes "the world would be a boring place if everyone was the same" ;D

I would say that a carrot is not saved even like Flo because once you useher danish you still get to keep her and not discard her or any other carrot.
Gives me an idea for a card.

1. how does "bunny on the edge of forever" work exactly? what does it do? what is meant by "do over" if you play it on your turn do you get another turn as if you had a temporary triplet? if you play it on someone elses turn do they have to undo what they did and can they redo what they undid, (if yes it seems kinda pointless) the same question for if you use it on your own turn: do you have to undo what you did
2. Can you use defense cards on the range of a weapon you played: e.g. i use cheese balls on my sister and one of my bunnies is in the range. can i use a defense card to eliminate just the range on my bunnies and what units would i need: e.g. the original weapon level, or just the range. also how do defense cards affect the ebola virus or other red run weapons, and how much does it cost to buy back and how do clovers affect the seventh wisk. finally, if a clover bunny is in the range of a ranged weapon the clovers lower the affected range right?
3. random dolla at the beginning of the game? how does it work
4. are mysterious place cards under the power of the yellow ball (with red stripe) can they be stolen by the most recent drawer of a mhysterious place if so than the most recent drawer will always have the most mysterious places
5. if i play a "p" special from my hand e.g. danish and i have the purple pawn, can i use it a second time on a different turn or does it have to be saved to do that
6. does the magic spatula stop the final zodiac draw b4 the winning zodiac is revealed? i.e. can i find out who it is and if its not me use TMS
7. how does range affect a red sinister bunny. i. e. if it survives the range does the weapon bounce back, if it is the range of your own weapon who does it bounce back to? if for example it is the ebola virus and through a confluence of events it ends up on a red sinister and no other player has a bunny? who does it bounce to? can it bounce to the trash?
8. does reversal of fortune only work when the weapon is played or (again ebola virus) if u have the ebola virus end up on u cna u reverse it then? what if there is no one to reverse it to?
9. can albino baby 5000 be kept for the rest of the game if i play it from my hand or only if i save it?
10. how many times can the yellow ball power be used on a given single card and does it have to be used immediately when the card is first played? i.e. if i play albino baby 5000, or better yet if i save it, can say 5 rounds later, some one steal it using the yellow ball? also can it be stolen back when a new player gets the ball and if its stolen can it be saved by the stealer (any of them)
11. what happens if doubles are rolled w/ leif carrotson?
12. can C.O.M.A. bunnies count to a triplet? can they be saved from a C.O.M.A.? can they be required to, and subsequently do so, feed? 13. same question as 7 and 8 but with ancient star rod? i.e. does it have to be used immediately when the weapon is placed or can it be used later if the weapon is the type that remains in the bunny circle? can it be used on a weapon that wasn't placed on u? if u roll 3 odds and there is no one to redirect it to what happens? if u roll no odds and it is a weapon with a range does thaat range double? what happens to say the ebola virus or the f18 hornet? what about range, if u are just affected by the range can u use ancient star rod
13. a) u said in blavck that there are 7 strange bunnies and holographic is one of them, if holographic is not alive can it be uused for a red triplet, what if it is alive? do you have to reposition the pink one if u dont want to? what is up with the ambassador bunny? is it yours or not? if so do you have to feed it and can u use it for a purple triplet? does lonely ranger belong to someone else every round? what about at the end of the game, can the person who has it win?, does the ambassodar allow the owner to play aggressive cards? can the host gamble the ambassodar in a carrot top casino or bakery gamble and reap the benefits if he wins? can all the other strange bunnies be used to create triplets of their respective colors? how does blanch affect them?
14. for uriel's machine and TMS, what does "counteract" mean? does it mean eliminate (cause not to happen) or does it mean doe the opposite of what the card intended?
15. for coupons, the 1/2 price applies to all items bought in one "session" right?
16. for random dolla, hi low cash, and certificates, unusable cash is forfeited right?
17. can bunny to the future be used just on range or not right after the weapon is launched?
18. what does it mean that you can exchange sunny day for the white stuff? only if the latter is in play or do you have to go searching for the deck to find it?
19. if u win precession do u hafta go through the deck to find them? if this and the previous is true i woud assume that u reshuffle the draw pile am i right?
20. is there a card tha t changes the colors of pawns?
i sent this to JB but he said, probably correctly that he does not have the time to cater solely to one person and that I should never email him again.
can I get some help here?

1. Everything goes back to the way it was before the turn began. The players turn may turn out the same, but it could end different if dice rolling is involved or the player decides to play different cards. It does not work the same as having a temporary triplet.
2. From the Compendium "A bunny with even one Lucky Clover will survive the ‘7th Whisk.’" Defense cards will save all of your bunnies if you play them. They will not save another players bunnies, though. If you play defense cards to save your bunnies, the defense cards must match or excede the original weapon level of the weapon. Defense cards will only save your bunnies for one round against roaming red weapon cards.
3. From the Compendium "Random Dolla may be used if part of the initial deal, but may not be combined with other Dolla (which may only be spent on a player’s turn)."
4. There are no Mysterious Place cards with a ball on them so they can not be stolen.
5. It does not have to be saved. (You can set it aside to use again at a later time.)
6. If playing TMS to stop the Zodiac draw, you have to use it before flipping any Zodiac cards or revealing it.
7. From the Compendium "Also, the “bounce-back” effect is not applicable if the Red Sinister Bunny is not the primary target of a weapon that affects several bunnies, such as the ‘Nuclear Warhead’ or ‘Earthquake.’"
8. I believe Reversal of Fortune has to be played as soon as the weapon is launched.
9. It can be saved from your hand as long as it is being played in response to one of the mentioned weapons.
10. Yellow ball cards can be stolen at any time if it is saved. A saved card can be moved as many times as the yellow ball changes hands.
11. From the Compendium "In the event of a tie while rolling the dice, simply re-roll the two offending dice (or all three if they are ALL tied!)."
12. COMA bunnies count as a triplet and may need to feed if a feed the bunny is placed on it.
13.
14. Counteract means get rid of.
15. Yes
16. Yes
17. Bunny to the Future can be used on your own bunny at any time a bunny is about to be affected by a weapon.
18. From the Compendium "may be exchanged for ‘The White Stuff’ (once per game if an opponent holds it in his hand or has saved it)"
19. You can or you can just make a note of it.
20. Random Paintball Assault.

sorry if this has already been mentioned, but the quest companion says that a holo can't be abducted but this says it can.
apologies if this is the wrong place to put it.
Do we go with JB over the quest companion?

sorry if this has already been mentioned, but the quest companion says that a holo can't be abducted but this says it can. apologies if this is the wrong place to put it. Do we go with JB over the quest companion? It would be very helpful if you quoted particular messages so other readers can know which message(s) you're talking about. There are several rulings in this thread of JB responses that are contradictory. In the distant past (in the thread you reference), JB indicated to MagicCarrot Administrator WhitBunny that the Holo bunny cannot be abducted by the Beyea Aliens (Or Leif Carrotson): 1. Can the Holo bunny be abducted by the Beyea Aliens? Or Leif Carrotson? > No way. However, there were a few rulings where JB was inconsistent in his responses over time, for whatever reason (maybe he was in a hurry, changed his mind, the rest of CTA argued against it, etc.) The contradictions were a point of contention between the fan community and CTA. JB has made a concerted effort to be more consistent in his responses to fans and we have the responsibility not to ask them the same questions over and over again. It doesn't really matter why he might have changed his mind. We just want to know what the rule is so we can play. That "final" ruling is what we codify in the Quest Card Companion so that other fans don't have to slog through the forums looking for answers (unless the answer isn't in the QCC, in which case we should get it into the QCC). So if you pick some random ruling out of the blue, it won't have the context needed to evaluate it. We discussed this issue of Holo bunny abduction last year, which I neatly summarized in this message. As discussed in that message, Holo cannot be abducted.

As a basis for re-roll mathematics, here is Jeff's response to my calculations.
Hello Matthew,
> Hey, I've been trying to figure this out for a while now. Let's say that I > play a card such as Poverty Poker. I have the Red Timid, Pink Timid, Half > Red Timid bunnies, White Stuff Saved, and 2 Pink pawns. Exactly how many > rolls would I have in this case? For example, would it be Roll + Pink Sub > + White Sub + 2 pawnRolls, Poverty Reroll for being player + Pink Sub + > White Sub + 2 pawnRolls, Red Reroll + Pink Sub + White Sub + 2 pawnRolls. > Half Red Reroll + Pink Sub + White Sub + 2 pawnRolls. This would total 20 > rolls if I counted right. Is this the correct interaction with re-rolls > and roll substitutions?
Wow, yes, in the highly unlikely event that you has all of those cards (and that all of your opponents choose to keep playing), you would have a retool for each situation... has that happened to you? At most, I've seen three rerolls.
Thanks for playing the game, Jeff Bellinger

Hello Matt,
> Is an opponent able to use a saved Prune Danish in a situation in which their bunny must be fed immediately, or must they use only the cabbage and water that they currently have?
If it's not a players turn then he can't use s saved special such as large prune Danish. So I'll say they can only use cabbage and water.
Thanks, Jeff Bellinger

Hello Matt,
> These cards force an opponent to discard their saved metals. Two questions: > > 1) Do these metals become available to buy in the metal exchange, or are they discarded and not accessible (aside from cards such as Alliteration Situation)? > They return to the shop and are available to buy again.
> 2) Will these cards affect the "metal coins" that will come in Caramel booster and if so, what happens to the coins based on question 1?
No, metal coins are only affected if specifically stated.
Thanks and have a great day!
