Ahh, it was not my intention to do cross them, just hard to remember the entire wording of the rules. They at the time agreed that it should be legal, and that became the ruling of the table of subsequent games. Oh well I guess we might get around to changing that, maybe.... :-)
On a side note, Lord of the Bunnies has no such restriction. "Lord of the Bunnies cannot be bought back from the market."

I'm sure it DID make you unpopular! (Unfortunately, it was also an illegal move.) According to the Bunny Bits: "Once a Super Bunny has been eliminated, it cannot be purchased from Weil's Pawn Shop nor can it brought back into the game for any reason using any card." I would interpret this to mean that any card would also include "Buy Back". Good plan, but I think it shouldn't have been allowed. Any thoughts from others? Since the game rules seem to have been thought out with the idea of covering future booster sets, I would say that if the rules say that no card can bring back a SuperBunny, then that means any card from any set you wish to use, not just the Quest cards. Brien "New to the game, so only 5% of all answers may be correct "

>Hello David, Hello Mr. Bellinger, On the Magiccarrot website we have been discussing the issues that have arisen due to this mixing and there is only one question we have that we have not been able to figure out. You have actually been asked this before and you answered, "I don't know". In fact I'm sure others have written you an e-mail about this recently. I figured I would write you again and ask about this card in detail. The card is from Kinder Bunnies and it is Buy Back. We know it doesn't need a bunny to work, and we know you have to use the card you buy right away. So what exactly can be bought back? Keep in mind please that this is a collective representation of possibilities that have been brought up by multiple persons. 1. Super Bunnies? 2. Weapons and Bunnies from their own discard piles? 3. Play Immediately Cards? Zep Tepi, Community Carrot, or the Zodiac PI's come to mind. 4. Terrible Misfortunes? Since i don't need a bunny to play the card I can see a player having no bunnies, playing Buy Back and using the TM to kill an opponent's bunny. 5. Special Cards? If I buy a special such as Magic Fountain and I use it, can I save it if I have the Orange pawn? 6. Very Specials? If i buy a very special such as the magic spatula can i save it instead? 7. Money cards? It has been suggested that a player can spend 5 bucks to get a 10 kaballa dolla card. Additionally, I am assuming that if the card you buy back has a pink rectangle or star you must have a bunny to use it, even though Buy Back did not require a bunny to play. Is this correct? >For now (and granted this might change, let's s ay that you can buy back any non-money Kinder card. And yes if it has a Pink Star then you will need a bunny to use it. JB

Playing Kinder today with my nephew... I trade him Buy Back, and with a Take 2 Carrots card in the discard pile and two carrots left - he chooses Food Chunks because he can't resist playing a Safety Hazard on me... I suppose I should be proud of the vengeful nature he's picked up from me though...

Bah that is one rule that will be ignored at our table. I mean what's the point of the card if you can't bring back something that someone tried to burn early in the game, like orp . What's next Switch-A-Roo only switches kindercards? Now that is a truely evil card and more game altering than buy back. And from JB's response it seems that one could buy back tornado. That would be amusing

And from JB's response it seems that one could buy back tornado. That would be amusing Even if you can buy back Tornado, I don't think you can use it on another player. You would have to use it on yourself, right? According to the rules on the Killer Bunny site: All Bad News cards do not work the same as Terrible Misfortune cards. If a player has no bunnies (or Carrots) to affect, then the card is discarded and not given to another player. Ironically, that's more good news than bad!

What? Why can't BB be used on ordinary discarded cards? Oh. You're talking about playing Kinder Bunnies unmixed aren't you?

Given the aforementioned Bunny Bits, I wouldn't allow a Super Bunny back into the game. But too late now! Those people are probably STILL pissed, HAHA.

I don't care if you are supposed to buy back only Kinder cards. I like Wheels Chocolate too much to let a restriction get in my way.
