Does anybody have any idea what's going on with them? My wife and I both placed an order via playroomentertainment.com for some KB accessories, but neither transaction has gone through (after it was pending for about two weeks). Further, I made about 10 attempts at calling their "customer service" number and got the same recording stating there were no customer service representatives available. I left a message and got no response.
Any ideas/thoughts/suggestions?

I think they're going the way of the dodo. Except for that Kickstarter that they're running...
I'd look to see if you can buy the stuff elsewhere like Amazon..

Man I love Kovalic art because of Munchkin, but this game looks BORING. The only reason I'd feel a reason to kickstart this thing is to keep the hope alive that Playroom will be around long enough to give us more Journey to Jupiter!

I received a message from one of the Playroom employees. This staffer indicated that Playroom is aware of the unavailable booster decks and is working to address the issue. They are sourcing to a different supplier because they want a higher-quality product [my comment: remember the "much thinner" card decks?] and hope to have supply in a few months' time [my comment: maybe give them until summer since they never seem to get much out in the Spring].
They also have a rather small staff [my comment: I've been led to believe 15 or fewer staff] and two of them were out on maternity leave.
So, there does seem to be "hope." They're not shuttering their doors. Granted, I'm reading a lot into the message I received, but all is not lost for Killer Bunnies fans.

Since you were able to successfully contact them, did you happen to ask about the furthering of the KB line? More Conquest or Jupiter? What address were you able to reach them at?

I did not ask about the rest of the KB line. I find that long emails do not get more thoughtful responses. People are busy. Short and sweet often works better than long and drawn out. Mine was very short and sweet. I'd prefer not to divulge the address I used because it was the personal address of the staffer that I dug out of old, archived communication with Playroom. (Sorry.)
