I'm sorry, Beauty on duty is a reference to Down Periscope, another good navy movie, the beauty is Lt. Lake. Some of the guys tried to haze her by shrinking her outfit. The stingray is their crappy vessel.
Max is Mad Max
Julie is... You've got me. I could name a Julie or two that sing, but the one in the picture looks like a male, and has a necklace that says S cubed or something? I have no idea...

Kaballa guy looks alot like Jeff, is it suppose to represent him? echo valley 2-6809 what is it about, so lost what's the EB stand for on E-M pulse? happy scrappy puppy, specific puppy? what does the tag mean? - Court Marshall - Judge Judy: see any resemblance?
- Dark Violets - Arctic is from the Monopoly Mega Edition. The yellow buildings are skyscrapers.
- Deep Sea Nine - the monkey (don't know why a monkey) is Bajoran. The thing on its ear is jewelry typical of Bajorans.
- Echo Valley 2-6809 is a phone number that is a title of a Partridge Family song by the same name. Back when your grandparents were kids, phone numbers were 7 digits. The first two digits were often listed as the letters on the phone dial. So, this phone number was EV2-6809. The "EV" letters were pronounced as "Echo Valley." Later, the letters were dropped and only numerals were used in phone numbers.
- The Happy Scrappy Hero Pup is a reference to the movie Clerks. Ambassador G'Kar (abbreviated as "Amb. G'Kar") is Jeff Bellinger's dog, I believe.
Don't know: - Cloning - some things aren't references at all. Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar.
- Kaballa is someone separate from Jeff, but I don't know if Kaballa also looks like that, or Jeff's appearance was used.
- E-M Pulse (kinda thought the B was an M on its side).
Update June 30, 2011: This is the only reference I could find to Kaballa: Phillip Kaballa A native of California, Phil spent most of his days traveling as well as a courier. After settling in the Los Angeles area Phil successfully opened a number of eateries including food markets and the fast food chain known as Kaballa's Fritter Hut.

The real name for the sculpture on which the Djarnak is based is either "Split and Twisted" or "Bent and Twisted" according to this thread

Nice find, Shibby! That bit of info allowed me to look it up here, which says it is named "Split and Twisted."

i still cant figure out identity crisis and the numbers on the card. I think that is the year JB graduated from Rutgers. Graduating college often results in an identity crisis ("You mean I have to get a job?").
