Omfgitsvico started a series of cards called Advantageous Carrots, but he never completed the series. Since these are cards I wanted to include in our own Bunnies deck, I decided to complete the set and have been working with Fifisdead to vectorize Omfgitsvico's existing cards. In most cases, I tried to follow his original ideas and artwork and only deviate where it was necessary for game play or artistic reasons. Here is the next of the Advantageous Carrots: Rick's Anchor (Click for larger image)

How does this work as a Run card? Wouldn't it have to be VS, (Or at least a saved Special, like the cards to stop maggots and drought?) Also, I think the card would have more usage if the rules were that the owner of the 'anchor' can place it on any bunny, and that bunny automatically gets the next rank pulled from the deck. (Though I guess that would be more of a magnet). I love the theme of these cards as a whole, but I think this one's rules need tweaking.

My understanding of the card is that it is not a "one time use". It is played (Run) and serves as an anchor: subsequent officer Rank cards do not move the Highest Officer Rank from its location when Rick's Anchor is played. It isn't played in "response" but more "preemptively", similar to the Containment Suit. It would be "played" and then would stay on the table along with the Highest Officer Rank marker.
If it were meant to be played in response to a Rank, you are correct, it would have to be a Very Special (since Ranks are played when drawn).
