The Bunny Security Administration (S): Allows a player to roll all the twelve-sided dice and "confiscate" all bunnies in the Bunny Circle of the same color or half-color as the highest die rolled; a bunny protected by the Heavenly Halo cannot be confiscated, since it cannot play aggressive cards. If the black die is highest, no bunnies are confiscated. If the white die is highest, all specialty bunnies are confiscated. If the pink die is highest, ALL bunnies are confiscated, leaving all the players opponents with no bunnies down. If another player has The White Stuff, the white die cannot be rolled. Specialty, Super, Red, Holographic, and Free Agent bunnies must be run through, subject to the 5-and-2 cards rule; all other bunnies may immediately be placed down. Any bunnies that cannot be placed down or kept in the player's hand must be discarded into the GENERAL discard pile, not into Weil's Market - the government took them away, you ain't getting them back. ;D The image is a bunny wearing a uniform similar to that of a TSA screener ( www.tsa.gov), with an open briefcase on a table, holding several bunny cards, with a bunny in a business suit on the other side of the table looking dejected.

Thats a good idea, but the only way is to recieve a super bunny is to roll the pink die the highest, right? Cause aren't super bunnies "stainless steel"?

They first appear in the Stainless Steel Booster Deck, but they have colors of the other bunnies (except red).
