So is this ready to get off of artscow? Let me know, I'd like to get this. But I'd like to have the bunny bits also from tyberius. Looks like a fun set.

There seems to be a gap in the numbering sequence. Do cards 32 & 33 exist?

30 Free Spores - Draw 3 spore cards 31 Pawn 9 From Outer Space 32-33 TBD34 - TM: Alien bursting forth from chest 35 Beyea Alien Hive 36-55 Beyea Alien Carrots 1-20 The numbers that I used were those that Tyberius assigned. If you check the first post in the thread (quoted above), you'll see that 32-33 are "TBD" or "To be determined". So, yes, there is a numbering gap.

Many thanks for that - should have read through the whole thread. Duh. If I lay out everything up to end of regular carrots, it's 53 cards. Here it is.The spore cards and remaining kinder carrots have different backs - meaning a different deck type on Artscow which is more expensive. It also leaves 38 blank cards on which I need to put something.... any thoughts anyone? I was thinking of printing some more money. There's also a cool little non bunnies game called Weilong which I could add for another 6-7 cards or more if I want to do a couple of sets. Here's part 2 so far

Shibby, how are you handling the bleed that Artscow requires? Are you eyeballing them or are you adding bleed to the images before you upload?
I have versions of all of the cards with "bleed" (they're created by the same script I use to create the thumbnails for the web site). They might make layout easier and more precise. If those would be useful, I can zip them up and send you a URL so you can download them in one step.
For the spore cards, I was thinking it might be time to give The Game Crafter a try, since their cards aren't limited to entire decks (though they do have an increment which gives me a clue as to their paper stock size. If I recall correctly, 1-16 cards were the same price. At 17-32, it bumped up to the next price. It would be a pain to order from more than one place, but the flexibility would allow you to lay out the alien2 deck with all of the same backs (cheaper there, but maybe the shipping cost from The Game Crafter eats all of that up?).

Shibby, how are you handling the bleed that Artscow requires? Are you eyeballing them or are you adding bleed to the images before you upload? I added my own 1/8" bleed to the back as backs are solid colour all the way to the outside edge. With the fronts, I've had success just zooming to a level where the border of the card reaches the inside of the bleed area on Artscow. It's all eyeballing, but after three separate attempts, I think I've pretty much got it down. You sometimes get a very faint line just inside the edge of the card (which cards with a bleed added would overcome) but I'm happy with it for now. ...but maybe the shipping cost from The Game Crafter eats all of that up? I had a quick play around on game crafter but couldn't get to any shipping prices. However, living in Australia, postage is usually cost prohibitive when looking to buy from overseas. The only saving grace is our currency is over-valued right now so we have more buying power that usual. Artscow's free shipping will take some beating for orders from down under

Artscow's free shipping will take some beating for orders from down under I used to work (24 years) for a multinational company and worked with quite a few Aussies. Have yet to meet one I haven't liked. (Of course, maybe that is just the ones our company hired!) Yeah, shipping internationally is a pain. The Game Crafter is in Wisconsin (upper midwest U.S.), which is the next state over from me. So that is much more reasonable than ~15,000 km.

So where are the "small" carrot cards for the new Beyea Carrots?

Please read the "Bunny Bits" on the Alien Carrots. They are not used the same way as the Terran Carrots and do not need their own small carrot cards: Alien CarrotsThe carrots themselves are being replaced by the Aliens. These carrots are shuffled in with the normal deck. When a player draws an Alien carrot, they place it face-up in front of them, similar to Dolla, Zodiac, Mysterious Place. - If the corresponding ‘normal’ carrot belongs to a player, the battle begins! The player with the Alien carrot rolls the d12 alien die, and adds the number of Alien carrots that are already on the table. The player owning the ‘normal’ carrot rolls a d20. The player with the highest roll keeps their carrot, the other one is discarded. Reroll ties.
- If the corresponding ‘normal’ carrot is in Weil’s, play similar to above, any opponent can roll the d20 for Weil’s carrot. The Alien player may reroll the d12 against carrots at Weil’s. Discarded carrots are removed from the game and cannot be brought back by any means, other than Bunny on the Edge of Forever.
Example: During the game, Alien carrot Seth is drawn by Player A. Player A shows the card and places it face up. Player B owns the ‘normal’ carrot Seth. Alien carrots Arnie, Presto, and Hikaru are already on the table. Player A rolls the Alien d12, and adds 3 to the roll, getting a total of 9. Player B rolls the d20, getting a value of 7. Player B loses, and must discard Seth. Once the magic carrot is revealed, if the corresponding Alien card is the winning carrot instead of the ‘normal’ carrot, the Alien carrot’s holder is the winner. Alien carrots act like regular carrots in all respects, such as being subject to feeding the Mystery Urn, Weil’s Freshness Center, etc.

Pretty darn good! If you're looking for attention to detail feedback: - There is a stray black line under the words "Alien Carrot"
- The whole image is crooked (how did you manage that?)
- The border (white & black parallel lines) on the art box is a little odd. The white line seems to be too thick compared to the black lines.
Nice job!

Wellllll, the whole image it a chopped up version of one of the existing alien carrots (Seth I think.) Mine is crooked because that one is Other than that, I'll go over the small details (like card number as well) and fix it. Thanks for the feedback.

Well, I can't find any crooked images on the web site, but... this is a straight blank that you should be able to use to create the other Beyea Alien Carrot cards you want: Beyea Alien Carrot Blank
