Crash Test Bunny -- Very Special
"May be immediately placed anywhere in the bunny circle, but does not count as any players bunny. This bunny may be destroyed using any weapon. Because the bunny isn't alive, it cannot defend itself and is immediately discarded. "
Picture: Bunny with those circles on it's temples.
It's a bunny that can be used as a cushion from splash damage or to stall a RRR.

I like it! There needs to be some way to get rid of it though...but I can't figure out how.

Maybe it "dies" when the splash weapon is used. It serves its purpose and then is gone.

This is a great idea!... and a great play on words what with the name and all... My initial thought though is that if it's just a Run card that serves as a buffer once, then it's just like a regular bunny except you can't play aggressive cards. How about making it a special, so if it's played from your hand it comes down in the bunny circle (quicker than a regular bunny) OR make it last for more than a few weapons... or maybe weapons up to a certain level?... (both might be a bit too powerful... but hey!... I can already picture it in the "Fan Based" Booster deck )

It still wouldn't stall Cyber. From the V3 rules, Cyber skips what it knows it can't kill.

Good catch, ty. Maybe, though, there's a special rule that says CB needs to hit CTB at least once....?

Jeffro is absolutely right, as a run card, it's like a souped-down bunny. I'll change it to a Special card that can be placed down immediately.
Heck, you know what, this would be an excellent VS card. You could use it as a 'buffer-bunny' when someone plays a big weapon on you. You could use it to break the fingercuffs.
Okay, I updated the description, tell me it's better.

Better. But I kind of liked the idea of him being able to withstand lots of hits. How about something like if the total damage done to him exceeds 25, then he gets discarded?

Much better. And I absolutely love the picture idea. Maybe it could get a little more clout by putting the CTB in a DeLorean....?

I'd probably go with the first one.
